The Quiz Already Diagnoses.
Then It Should Sell the System.

Faucet + Showerhead Pro bundle already in the catalog for shoppers whose quiz answers name hair and skin together

Filterbaby growth plan · live catalog

Filterbaby's quiz already speaks outcome language. The fastest move is connecting each diagnosis to the whole-home bundles the catalog already sells, so a shopper who answers dry skin and thinning hair lands on the system built for that pairing.

Recommendation. Ship quiz-to-bundle routing first. Keep every answer-to-bundle rule with the brand owner. Get started at /get-started to see us map the same pattern on your storefront.

What we found

Filterbaby's credibility case is unusually strong for this category: a licensed acupuncturist founder, three generations in Traditional Chinese Medicine, 10,000+ patients treated, 45+ patents, and FDA-approved parts sourced from Japan, Switzerland, and Germany. That story already shows up in the homepage quiz, which opens on where the problem lives instead of a product grid.

The catalog tells a system story the quiz has not been pointed at yet:

  • 85 live catalog SKUs across the storefront we crawled.
  • 44 products in the Shower Filter category alone across Essential, Diamond, Pro Series, and Showerhead Pro tiers.
  • Bundles already purchasable (Faucet + Diamond, Faucet + Pro Series, Faucet + Showerhead Pro) priced from about $239 to $500.
  • 16 filter-replacement SKUs already subscription-priced, with no strong path back into hardware the shopper does not yet own.

Category peers make the routing case concrete. LARQ leads pages with one hydration claim and a live discount banner. Hyku Home (operating as Canopy in home goods) carries star ratings and named collections with the product wherever a shopper sees it. The move worth taking from both: proof and merchandising travel with the product on every surface, including the quiz results screen.

What we recommend

We ranked five moves by what they open. The flagship workflow is routing quiz answers to whole-home bundles that already exist. Site Conversion and catalog merchandising do the standing work. They map each answer combination to a best-fit bundle or SKU, then rebuild the results screen with real product photography and the applied discount. Widening the branches makes Showerhead Pro and Bath Filter reachable from the same quiz.

Compressed from the plan:

  1. Route quiz answers to whole-home bundles (flagship). Turns the diagnostic quiz into a system recommendation.
  2. Surface Diamond and Pro Series tiers on the results screen so dullness or fine-lines answers can recommend shower hardware, not only a faucet.
  3. Prompt refill subscription at first hardware purchase where replacement SKUs are already subscription-priced.
  4. Complete-your-system cross-sell on Filter Replacement pages so sixteen refill SKUs point back into hardware.
  5. Give Showerhead Pro and Bath Filter their own quiz branches ($159 and $119 form factors with no inbound path today).

Owner approval is the architecture. Every routing rule (which quiz answer maps to which bundle) stays a call the Filterbaby team makes. The founder story, patent claims, and pricing do not change.

A four-week build sequence in the plan maps the matrix in week one, ships the results screen in week two, adds the missing form-factor branches in week three, and layers the refill prompt in week four.

What happens to the business

For anyone watching this case, the business change is conversion merchandising that matches the catalog Filterbaby already built. A shopper who picks Hair Thinning and Dryness should land on the Faucet + Showerhead Pro bundle at $298 with real photography and the discount still applied, instead of a single faucet recommendation. That is the growth the quiz already earned and the catalog already priced.

Site Conversion is how ranked conversion work shows up when it runs on Canopy. A freelancer or agency PDP / CRO audit typically takes one to four weeks and costs about $500 to $3,000 freelance or $3,000 to $10,000 with an agency. Site Conversion returns a ranked conversion brief in about ten minutes (median about nine minutes across live runs), ready for owner review, at forty credits of included plan value (about $27 to $53 depending on tier). It runs monthly and on demand so the brief stays current as the catalog changes.

Stacked above-fold trust and clarity levers land around a +38% add-to-cart band on Site Conversion's category-benchmark work. Method and confidence live in Sources.

What stays with the brand

Nothing about this move replaces Filterbaby's team. We draft the routing matrix, results-screen copy, and ranked conversion brief. The owner approves every answer-to-bundle rule before anything ships. The quiz they already made and the catalog they already sell stay the source of truth.
