Platform

The system learns your business. The agents run on what it knows.

Canopy is a knowledge base, an agent team, and a review queue, tied together by an Assistant that plans across all three. Every layer builds on the one before it, so the work compounds every week.

The System

How Canopy is built.

Six layers, stacked. Nothing skips the layer below it, and nothing leaves the stack without clearing the review queue above it.

Strategic Intelligence

Every account starts with an answer, not a blank page.

Before an agent drafts a word, Canopy studies the business: your goals, your brand, your live catalog, your reviews, your competitive set. The result is a ranked brief, not a raw metrics dump. It names what to do first, and why.

The brief does not sit still. Results from every run feed back into it, so the next one starts from what actually worked, not from zero.

What's inside

  • Opportunity-ranked findings, not a wall of metrics
  • A measured baseline from your live accounts before anything ships
  • The starting priorities for every agent on your team
  • An updated read every week and every month, not a one-time report
Strategic Intelligence

Ranked, not raw

Every account starts from a studied opportunity, not a metrics dump.

Knowledge Base

One authored source of truth, read by everything.

Onboarding starts with your site, your product catalog, your customer reviews, past content, and competitor positioning. Canopy builds a layered knowledge base from it, and every agent reads the layers its work needs before it acts.

What's inside

  • Brand pillars and voice guidelines
  • Competitor context and audience personas
  • Catalog and lifecycle inventory
  • Growth priorities, versioned as they change
Knowledge Base

The shared context

Every agent reads the same source of truth before it acts.

Canopy Assistant

One place to ask, approve, and see what happened.

The Assistant is the interface. Ask it what ran this week, ask it to plan a launch across five disciplines, or ask it to trigger a specific audit, and it answers from the same knowledge base and pipeline history every agent reads.

A request that touches more than one discipline gets a working plan first, presented before anything runs. A single, narrow ask gets a direct answer.

What's inside

  • Plan-first for compound requests, direct for simple ones
  • Confirms before anything triggers; nothing runs silently
  • Reads the finished artifact back and proposes the next move
  • Remembers preferences and decisions across sessions
Canopy Assistant

Plan, then confirm

One compound ask becomes a working plan, confirmed step by step.

The Agent Team

A wider bench than any single hire.

Each discipline is studied deeply and built for one channel. The full roster runs your storefront, lifecycle email, reviews, paid media, and outreach, and every one of them reads the same knowledge base and answers to the same queue.

Review Queue

Every draft, every trigger, your call before it ships.

Nothing Canopy produces goes out on its own. Every draft and every triggered run lands in one queue for a human to approve, edit, or skip. The gate is the product, not a setting you turn off.

What's inside

  • Approve, edit, or skip, in one place
  • A full audit trail of what ran, when, and why
  • Confirm-first triggers: the Assistant asks before anything fires
  • The pace is yours. Most teams graduate specific agents to auto-publish over time, never all at once
Review Queue

Nothing ships unapproved

Approve, edit, or skip. Publishing is always your call.

Connectors

Your tools keep doing their job.

Canopy reads live state from the tools you already run, Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend, and the rest of your stack, and writes drafts back to them. It never silently changes anything; every write still passes through the review queue.

What's inside

  • Reads flows, segments, catalog, and campaign results
  • Writes drafts back, never a live change without your approval
  • Two-way, so your existing tools stay the system of record
  • Reaches anything with an API

Reaches anything with an API

Your existing tools keep doing their job.

The stack you already run

Your whole stack, orchestrated.

Canopy reads and writes across the tools you already pay for, so work moves between them on its own. No rip and replace.

FAQ

Platform questions

Is this a tool I use, or a team that works for me?

Both, in a specific order. The agent team studies your business and does the work. The Assistant is how you ask for it, trigger it, and see what it found. You are not staring at a blank canvas or writing prompts from scratch.

What happens if I never touch it?

Drafts land in the review queue and wait there. Nothing publishes on its own, no matter how long it sits, until you approve it.

What can it write to, versus only read?

Canopy reads live state everywhere it connects: your catalog, your flows, your segments, your campaign results. It writes drafts back to your stack, but every write still passes through your review queue first. Nothing changes live without your approval.

How does it learn my brand?

Onboarding builds a knowledge base from your site, your catalog, your reviews, your past content, and your competitors. Every agent reads it before acting, and it keeps compounding with every run.

What if I don't want something to publish automatically?

Nothing does, by default. The queue is the starting state for every discipline. Teams choose to graduate specific, proven agents to auto-publish over time. That is a setting you turn on, never one Canopy assumes.
