Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Kiki World, Inc. operates Canopy, the agentic go-to-market platform ("Canopy", "we", "us" or "our"). We care about protecting the information of the businesses and people who use our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to information we process as a controller of our own business records (for example, account and billing information and how visitors use our websites). When we process personal information contained in the data a customer connects to or provides through the Service, we generally act as a processor on that customer's behalf and under that customer's instructions, and the customer's own privacy notice governs that data. If you are an individual whose information a customer has loaded into Canopy, please contact that customer to exercise your rights.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date last modified above. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information so that we can provide and improve the Service:
Account and contact information
Information you provide when you request access, register, or communicate with us, such as your name, work email address, company name, role, and the contents of your messages to us.
Billing information
Plan and transaction details needed to manage your subscription. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.
Content and connected data
The materials you provide to or connect with the Service, including brand and knowledge-base content, prompts and instructions, files, drafts and approvals, and data from third-party services you authorize (such as email, commerce, advertising, social, and analytics platforms). Credentials for connected services are stored in encrypted form and used to operate the integrations you enable.
Usage and device information
- IP address (which we may store on an anonymized or truncated basis) and approximate location;
- Browser type and version, device, and operating system;
- Pages and features you view, and actions you take within the Service;
- How you arrived at the Service and the links you follow;
- Log, diagnostic, and performance data, including errors and support issues; and
- Metadata about your use of the Service and the communications you send through it.
Other sources
Feedback you choose to share, information that is publicly available, and information you consent to us receiving from third parties.
How We Use Your Information
We will never sell your personal information. We have a legitimate interest in operating a successful, secure, and useful Service, and we use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating drafts and recommendations you request;
- To set up and manage your account, process payments, and provide customer support;
- To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose and fix problems;
- To understand how the Service is used and to develop and improve features;
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and changes to the Service, and (where permitted) about products and features that may interest you;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms; and
- For other purposes described in this Privacy Policy or disclosed to you at the time of collection.
We also use information in aggregated or de-identified form, which does not identify you, to analyze trends and improve the Service. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
AI Processing and Subprocessors
The Service relies on third-party machine learning model providers and supporting tooling (for example, providers of large language models and content-retrieval, hosting, database, queue, and analytics services) to generate Output and operate features. To do this, we transmit relevant prompts, Customer Data, and instructions to these subprocessors so they can return results to you.
We select subprocessors that offer appropriate protections and we bind them by contract to use the information only to provide their services to us. Where our model providers offer business or enterprise terms that exclude using submitted content to train their general models, we use those terms. We do not authorize subprocessors to use your Customer Data for their own purposes, and we do not sell your data.
A current list of the categories of subprocessors we use is available on request at team@mycanopy.ai.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encryption of credentials and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Transmission of information over the internet is at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. If you close your account, we will delete or de-identify your Customer Data in accordance with our retention practices, unless we are required to retain it by law.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. While Canopy is a United States based service, we endeavor to honor these rights and to materially follow the principles of laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
- Access and portability: you may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request a copy.
- Correction: you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: you may ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Objection and restriction: you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.
- Marketing: you may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Service and account messages are not marketing and are required while you have an account.
To exercise a right, email us at team@mycanopy.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may have valid legal reasons to decline a request, in which case we will let you know. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If our processing is governed by a customer's instructions (where we act as a processor), we will refer your request to that customer.
Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at team@mycanopy.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and the information we process is stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers of personal information across borders.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to, or integrate with, websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party service you use.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by email or a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
