A plan for the work that grows your brand

Start a 7-day trial. Specialists draft the work; you decide what ships.

No card on file for seven days.

Annual prepay runs about 17% under monthly and waives the one-time setup fee. Credits still meter monthly, so a busy month is never locked behind an annual invoice.

Talk To Us

Every engagement starts with a one-time setup: we build your foundation, the knowledge base of your brand plus the first versions of the agents you want, including custom ones. Larger teams, migrations, and managed service are scoped with our team, not bought from a button. Prepay a year and we waive the setup fee. Tell us what you are growing and we will size the team, the build, and the price together.

FAQ

Pricing questions

What is included in the free trial?

Seven days with 75 credits and 3 seats, plus the review queue, with a hard stop when the trial ends. You pick Basic or Pro (or a higher plan) to keep running. Nothing converts without you choosing.

What is a credit?

A credit is one unit of agent work. Disciplines land in four public size bands (Light, Standard, Heavy, Deep) with representative examples on this page. Exact per-run weights stay on your billing page after you sign in. Your plan includes a monthly credit grant.

How does the pricing model work?

Two parts: a platform subscription for your seats and your always-on workspace, plus weighted usage credits for the work your agents ship. Light months use fewer credits; heavy months use more. You set a mandatory monthly spend cap, so the bill can never run away from you.

What happens when I hit my cap?

Metered usage stops at the cap you set. Nothing silently overcharges you. On Basic and Pro, hitting the included credit grant is a prompt to upgrade (no published overage rate). On Growth and Scale, overage is priced per credit and still bounded by your cap.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Move up or down from the billing page in your workspace, managed through the secure Stripe portal. Plan changes take effect on your next period, and your accumulated usage history follows you.

What about the implementation build fee?

Every new workspace starts with a one-time setup engagement: we build the knowledge base of your brand and the first versions of the agents you want, including custom builds. It is scoped with our team, and prepaying a year up front waives it entirely.

Is customer service included?

The customer service agent is billed per resolution on Growth ($1.49 each) and Scale ($1.29 each). It answers order, shipping, returns, and policy questions from your knowledge base and live order data, and it escalates anything it should not answer on its own.

What lands in the review queue?

Every draft and every triggered run lands in the review queue, where you approve it, edit it, or reject it, and nothing moves until you decide.
