flagship moves from the same ask, each tuned to one brand we actually read
Canopy growth plans · Filterbaby, Liquid Death, Hume, Vacation
A useful plan is specific. It names the asset the brand already built, then names the one move that turns that asset into growth. We write the plan from the brand, then the agents help you run the moves you approve.
Recommendation. Start with a growth plan on /get-started. Keep every routing rule, send, and write with the brand owner. Then let the named Canopy disciplines run the standing work the plan ranked.

The same ask, "what should this brand do next," does not produce the same answer. It produces the answer the live site can support.
Filterbaby, increase revenue from a quiz that already diagnoses. The homepage quiz asks where the water problem shows up, skin, hair, or both, before it shows a product grid. The catalog already sells whole-home bundles. The Faucet + Showerhead Pro pair is live at $298. Today the quiz still ends at a single faucet filter and a discount code. We recommended routing each diagnosis to the bundle the catalog already priced. The longer case is the Filterbaby insight at /insights/filterbaby-quiz-to-system. Source plan: /get-started/af3fa6b3-e4f8-4afe-aec8-fb44a3f85b43.
Liquid Death, increase revenue by connecting two catalogs the brand already owns. The beverage side runs five format families under one can. The merch side runs 26 categories and 200 products, from an $8 dog toy to a $6,200 Death Dispenser. Skulls already tracks purchases across both. We recommended a Skulls Loyalty Bridge: a beverage buyer becomes a merch lead, a merch buyer becomes a variety-pack lead, with no new SKU required. Source plan: /get-started/385d095a-c846-421c-8701-fffdce99cff9.
Hume, turn around a system the brand already built and still sells as two decisions. The underarm stick and All Body Deodorant sit on separate pages, even though Hume's own comparison module already treats them as one routine. The plan counted 28 live products across four categories. None of the five named peers in that read, Curie, Kopari Beauty, Nécessaire, AKT London, and Each & Every, stakes the same root-to-tip microbiome claim. We recommended a named All Body System Bundle, priced on the logic already proven by the Deo Duo and Essentials Set, in the lead spot on the grid. Source plan: /get-started/86f0d937-c180-4f0d-952b-3dfd5ae52ab5.
Vacation, decide where to expand when the brand world is already the asset. The homepage already promises "400+ unique Honorary Employee titles to collect" and asks customers to show the world they mean business. The science underneath is real: Dr. Elizabeth Hale as Chief Medical Advisor, Hawaii Act 104 compliance, Leaping Bunny. COOLA and Supergoop! fight the daily-skincare habit. Sun Bum shares the easygoing tone. Vacation's lane is a collectible corporate universe. We recommended shipping the Honorary Employee Collector's Program first: a real page, a title-claim mechanic tied to purchase, and a merch drop calendar. Source plan: /get-started/d1a623c6-d65d-427d-b109-3500656f6142.
Filterbaby's bundles are already priced, Skulls already spans both Liquid Death catalogs, Hume's comparison module already treats two SKUs as one routine, and Vacation already promised 400 titles. Those facts are why the plans differ, and why each reads like something only that brand could publish.

The quiz already diagnoses; the catalog already sells the system the plan connects it to.
Start with the growth plan. Put a website URL on Get started. We read the brand, the catalog, the public competitors, and the category, then we write a plan with one flagship move. That is the decision layer: choosing what is right for this brand, not what is fashionable for the category.
Then the agents help you run it.
Owner approval stays with the brand team throughout: every routing rule, every send, and every store write is a call you make.
Each new plan, each owner approval, and each draft feeds the decision layer we train, so the next plan is written against more of your playbook than the last one. We do not claim a measured revenue lift from that training on any named brand in this report.

Two SKUs already work as one routine, and the plan names the system and puts it first.
The business change is a plan that matches the brand you already built, then standing work that moves the number that plan named. Filterbaby's quiz can sell the $298 bundle the catalog already priced. Liquid Death can route Skulls activity across drinks and merch without inventing a new product. Hume can sell the system its own comparison module already describes. Vacation can invite customers into the world the homepage already wrote.
That is faster to start than a traditional stack, and cheaper to keep current.
A freelancer or agency PDP / CRO audit typically takes one to four weeks and costs about $500 to $3,000 freelance or $3,000 to $10,000 with an agency. Site Conversion returns a ranked conversion brief in about ten minutes, at forty credits of included plan value (about $27 to $53 depending on tier), monthly and on demand. Stacked above-fold trust and clarity levers land around a +38% add-to-cart band on Site Conversion's category-benchmark work. Method and confidence live in Sources.
The Assistant is included in the workspace, and the planning and steering layer does not add a separate line, though the agent runs it triggers still draw on that discipline's credits.

The homepage already promised 400 titles, and the plan turns that line into a program customers can join.
Canopy is built to improve the decision, then help you execute it in the open.
You keep the brand voice, the claims, the pricing, and the final yes. Agents draft. You approve. When publish is enabled for the workspace, writes go through the same review path. When a move needs a custom agent or a program that does not exist yet, that is a conversation with us.
The four plans above are public so you can read the specificity yourself. Generate yours the same way, starting at Get started.

Published sibling insight. Filterbaby longer case: /insights/filterbaby-quiz-to-system.
Impact statements bound in the body. Brand System time and cost: docs/impact/brand-system.md (HIGH; 4 to 5 minute onboarding baseline; $3,000 to $25,000 brand-system peer). Knowledge Base / Assistant peer framing: docs/impact/knowledge-base.md, docs/impact/assistant.md (tenant-catalog read and confirm-first job enqueue). Setup traditional band and ~10x to 20x estimate: docs/impact/setup.md (HIGH; $19,000 to $45,000 / 4 to 10 weeks; Canopy fee omitted per that file's published-insight note). Site Conversion time, cost, cadence, and +38% projected add-to-cart: docs/impact/site-conversion.md (HIGH time/cost/cadence; MEDIUM projected fixture; 40 credits; median about 9 minutes).
Decision layer. Canopy trains a decision layer over plan choice (docs/brain/00-overview.md, docs/research/canopy-discipline-rl-contract.md). This report does not ship a measured lift from that training on a named brand.
Imagery. See queue-app/public/insights/the-plan-has-to-be-yours/MANIFEST.md. Liquid Death, Filterbaby, Hume, and Vacation product stills mirrored from Canopy brand-assets (onboarding crawls already used on the public plans). Editorial fair use; source URLs in the manifest.
